16th July 2025 – Leading Insurtech Send Technology Solutions Ltd (Send) has successfully completed the full rollout of its Underwriting Workbench at Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd (ASML), part of Argenta Holdings, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hannover Re. Argenta is now the first Lloyd’s managing agent to adopt the Send platform across every class of business.

This milestone marks a significant step in Argenta’s strategy to modernise and future-proof its underwriting operations. The Send platform is now live across all four of Argenta’s business lines: Casualty, Marine & Energy, Property, and Specialty, covering 23 products and more than 60 users.

Argenta selected Send to replace email-heavy workflows, disconnected systems, and manual processes that incurred operational risk. The platform unifies data, documents, and decision-making in one place, offering complete submission lifecycle management, streamlined compliance tracking, and robust management information (MI) capabilities.

The implementation, delivered in partnership with Sollers Consulting, was characterised by high engagement, a collaborative mindset, and deep insurance domain expertise from Send and Sollers.

Jed Farr, Group Chief Information Officer at Argenta, said:

Send Underwriting Workbench was the clear choice – developed by insurance experts who understand complex risk and real-world underwriting. It is helping us capture data in smarter ways, unlock faster insights, and keep underwriters in control. We now have a future-proof platform that’s driving greater collaboration, consistency and confidence.

Argenta now operates on a single platform purpose-built for commercial and specialty insurance, supporting Open Market business, Broker Facilities, and Binders, whilst managing new business, renewals, and endorsements across all teams and lines.

Following the successful rollout, Argenta and Send are now planning further enhancements, including integration with HX pricing, data enrichment, and sanctions screening. Argenta is also exploring extended use cases to drive even greater efficiency, control, and data-driven decision-making.

Natasha Bond, Chief Customer Officer at Send, commented:

We’re proud to partner with Argenta as they lead the way in modern underwriting. This full rollout across every class of business is a powerful endorsement of our platform’s ability to handle complex, high-volume underwriting at scale.

What’s been especially rewarding is the strength of the collaboration. Argenta has been clear on their ambition and open to reimagining what great underwriting looks like. We’re excited to keep building with them as they continue to drive innovation in the market.

Jakub Wróblewski, London Market Practice Lead at Sollers, added:

We are extremely pleased to have collaborated with both Send and Argenta to ensure the successful technical implementation of the Send platform. We’re delighted to have formed a unique trio of companies for whom insurance — and particularly the London market — represents a core area of expertise.
