Send wins gold at the 2022 Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards

26 September 2022 – Leading UK InsurTech, Send Technology Solutions Ltd (Send), was celebrating last week as it took home the prize for ‘Technology Innovation of the Year – Underwriting’ at the 2022 Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards.

The entry was built on the success of the business’s market-leading Underwriting Workbench, which launched in 2021. A SaaS and AI-enriched underwriting platform that supports and facilitates the entire underwriting process for (re)insurers and MGAs of all sizes from submission to bind, and beyond, the Workbench provides the core system for underwriters to track all risks in one place, manage bordereaux and support regulatory compliance requirements.

Judges commented on the ability of the Workbench to ‘enable underwriters to spend time more creatively, serving commercial insurance market needs.’

The Send Underwriting Workbench has attracted international acclaim since it launched, with one client stating:
