Send appoints Steve Ritchie as Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Global Growth

02 June 2025 - Leading Insurtech Send Technology Solutions Ltd (Send) has appointed Steve Ritchie as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), signalling a major step in its strategy to scale rapidly in North America and expand its global footprint.

In this role, Steve will lead Send’s global revenue organisation, focusing on new business growth, customer expansion, and deepening Send’s presence across key international markets.

With a proven track record of driving high-performance go-to-market strategies, Steve brings extensive experience from a range of senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as CRO at Pavilion Payments, where he led sales, customer success, and revenue operations across a cutting-edge payments platform in the gaming sector. He has also worked closely with private equity-backed firms to unlock growth and transform commercial operations.

Commenting on his appointment, Steve said:

Send has built something truly special – an underwriting platform that solves complex challenges for commercial and specialty carriers and is already winning the confidence of major players in the industry. What attracted me most is the ambition: there’s a clear opportunity to lead this category globally. I’m excited to help take that vision to market and drive the next phase of growth.

Send co-founder and CEO Andy Moss commented:

Steve brings exactly the kind of leadership we need at this stage of our growth. His track record in scaling revenue and navigating complex go-to-market environments will be invaluable as we continue our expansion into North America and beyond. His appointment marks a key milestone for Send as we move into the next phase of growth.

Send’s underwriting platform, purpose-built for the P&C and specialty markets, streamlines operations, automates administrative-heavy tasks, and frees up underwriters to focus on core work. The AI-enabled platform already processes over $30bn in GWP.
