Send joins forces with Vega IT as a strategic delivery partner

15 December 2025 - Leading Insurtech Send Technology Solutions Ltd (Send) has announced a new partnership with Vega IT as a strategic delivery partner, expanding the support available to commercial and specialty insurers adopting its insurance platform for complex risks.

The partnership brings together two companies committed to transforming how insurers underwrite and operate - enhancing speed, accuracy, and decision-making across the entire insurance value chain through purposeful technology.

With more than 17 years of system integration expertise, Vega IT will support Send in deploying its platform to a broader set of insurers and reinsurers. The focus will be on helping the market adopt the Send Insurance Platform, a comprehensive solution that supports both automated and traditional underwriting across channels and product lines.

Designed to fit each carrier’s existing processes and data architecture, the platform integrates seamlessly with policy administration, CRM, data warehousing, and other core systems. Vega IT will play a key role in ensuring these systems work together efficiently - streamlining data flow, strengthening API connectivity, coordinating workflows, and delivering faster, more consistent implementations with improved data quality.

Andy Moss, Co-founder and CEO of Send, commented:

“Our goal is to give all our customers technology that immediately improves how they work and allows them to modernise their underwriting process to keep up with changing market demands. To achieve this at scale, we value delivery partners who know the sector inside out and who can deliver with precision. Vega IT brings the depth of engineering capability and insurance understanding that our customers expect. Their involvement expands the support available to organisations choosing the Send Insurance Platform, helping them to realise business value faster.”

Richard Morris, Executive Partner at Vega IT, said:

“We’re delighted to be joining forces with Send as their delivery partner, helping their customers connect seamlessly to the platform using the robust building blocks already in place. With nearly 2 decades of global experience in system orchestration and deep domain expertise across the insurance sector, we’re well-equipped to support Send’s customers at every stage of their journey. This is only the first step in our shared ambitions, and I’m excited about what lies ahead.”
